This function is EXPERIMENTAL. The behaviour of this function, its name, and surrounding documentation may change without notice in a future release of PHP. This method allows you to register a PHP function with SQLite as an UDF (User Defined Function), so that it can be called from within your SQL statements. The UDF can be used in any SQL statement that can call functions, such as SELECT and UPDATE statements and also in triggers. Parameters
